摘 要:目的探讨站立全景拼接技术在骨关节系统疾病的诊断、术前方案制定和术后评价中的作用。方法 2010年10月至2013年4月四川省骨科医院采用"连续多次曝光后手动软件拼接技术"所得的238例全景拼接图像,对图像质量进行评价。结果 238例中全脊柱拼接159例,一次拼接合格149例,再次或多次拼接合格10例;双下肢全长拼接79例,一次拼接合格74例,再次或多次拼接5例;最终所有全景拼接图像都清晰、连续、完整、质量合格,完全能有效满足临床诊疗需求。结论数字化站立摄影全景拼接技术能为脊柱侧弯、人工关节置换等骨科手术的术前方案制定和术后效果评价提供新的更有价值的信息,有很好的应用前景和推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of digital photography mosaic technology on standing position in diagnosis, preoperative planning and postoperative assessment for disease of bone and joint system. Methods Panoramic images of 238 cases re- ceived continuous exposure manual software splicing technology in Siehuan Province Orthopedic Hospital from October 2010 to March 2013 were retrospective reviewed. Results Of the 238 cases, 159 had whole spine images and 79 had completely lower extremity ima- ges. In the whole spine images, 149 cases were one-time stitched and 10 cases had to be twice or repeatedly stitched. In the completely lower extremity images,74 cases were one-time stitched,and five cases were twice or repeatedly stitched. Ultimately,all the panoramic images were clear, continuous, complete and qualified that effectively met the needs of the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Conclusions The panoramic image mosaic technology from digital radiography can provide valuable information for preoperative planning and post- operative assessment in orthopedic operation such as scoliosis correction and artificial joint replacement surgery. Therefore,it has a good application prospect and popularization value.
