摘　　要：目的探讨SLIPA喉罩用于剖宫产术全麻的可行性和安全性。方法足月单胎妊娠行剖宫产手术孕产妇56例,按随机数字表及双盲的研究方法分为插管组(C组)和喉罩组(H组)各28例,分别采用插管及插入SLIPA喉罩,接麻醉机行机械通气。观察插管(喉罩)前后、拔管前后的生命体征,并记录麻醉诱导至胎儿娩出时间(I-D)、新生儿1分钟和5分钟Apgar评分。结果拔管时呛咳发生率H组明显低于C组(P<0.05),两组新生儿1分钟和5分钟Apgar评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喉罩通气应用于剖宫产术麻醉安全、可靠。Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of the SLIPA laryngeal mask airway in the general antestheisa for Cesarean section surgery. Methods 56 full-term and single--child pregnancy to-line in patients undergoing the cesarean section op- eration were randomly divided into two groups. The intubation group （ the C group） and the LMA group （ the H group）. The vital signs of tube （LMA） before and after extubation were recorded. The time from the induction of anesthesia to the baby is. delivered （ID） and the Apgar score was recorded. Results Incidence of cough caused by extubation in the H group was significantly lower than in the C group （P 〈 0.05） ,There was no significant difference in Neonatal 1 minute and 5-minute Apgar scores （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions The laryngeal mask airway is safe and reliable in cesarean section anesthesia.
