摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节游离体关节镜下手术取出治疗的技巧。方法2005年7月至2010年11月我院对67例膝关节内游离体患者采用关节镜下手术取出治疗，术中注重手术技巧。结果手术中证实，游离体位于髌上囊者29例，位于外侧间沟8例；位于外侧半月板下2例；位于胭肌腱管者2例；位于内侧间沟11例；位于髁间前窝者20例；位于后内室者8例；位于后外室者5例。所有患者膝关节内游离体均在关节镜下取出，手术时间平均24分钟（8-40分钟），手术后患者症状完全解除，膝关节功能恢复正常，无并发症发生。结论采用关节镜手术取出膝关节内游离体安全有效，应重视术中手术技巧。Objective To explore the skill of arthroscopic operation treatment of loose body of knee joint. Methods During July 2005 to November 2010,67 patients were administrated in our hospital for treating loose body of knee joint with arthroscopic opera- tion. Surgical skills were put attention during operation. Results The loose body was found at suprapatellar pouch in 29 cases, lateral compartment in 8 cases, abeneath meniscus in 2 patients, popliteal tendon hiatus in 2 cases, medeal compartment in 11 cases, intercondy- lar notch in 20 cases, and posterior compartment in 8 cases. After the operation symptoms were completely relieved, normal knee function was restored, and there were no complications. Conclusions Arthroscopic treatment of loose body of knee is safe and efficient and the surgical skill is important.
