男性臂-踝脉搏波传导速度的相关分析

摘　　要：目的分析男性群体血压、臂-踝脉搏波传导速度及血液流变学的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至5月在四川大学华西医院健康管理中心进行体检的男性人群346例进行血压、臂．踝脉搏波传导速度及血液流变学指标的检测，并分为血压正常组与血压增高组。结果（1）血压正常组与血压增高组比较，臂-踝脉搏波传导速度与血液流变学参数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（2）臂-踝脉搏波传导速度正常组与增高组比较，血压与血液流变学参数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（3）臂-踝脉搏波传导速度与血压、中切全血粘度、高切全血粘度、全血还原粘度值（低切）、全血还原粘度（高切）、血浆粘度、血沉呈正相关（r=0．58，0．36，0．12，0．11，0．12，0．15，0．13，0．23，P〈0．05），与红细胞变形指数呈负相关（r=-0．16，P〈0．01）。结论臂-踝脉搏波传导速度与血压、血液流变学指标相关，早期评估及定期监测对预防心血管突发事件及临床诊疗有重要意义。Objective The relationship among blood pressure, brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity （baPWV） and hemorheological indicators in male crowd was investigated. Methods A total of 346 males was selected from Health Management Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January to May in 2013, and their blood pressure, baPWV, and hemorheological indicators were detected. Results （1） Compared with normal blood pressure group, the baPWV, and hemorheological indicators of increaded-blood pressure group were significantly different（ P 〈 0. 05）. （2） The blood pressure and hemorheological indicators were significantly different between different baPWV groups（ P 〈0. 05）. （3） BaPWV was positively correlated with blood pressure, the whole blood viscosity at middle shear rate and high shear rate, the whole blood re- duced viscosity at low shear rate and high shear rate, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ r =0. 58,0. 36,0. 12,0. I1,0. 12,0. 15,0. 13,0. 23, P 〈0. 05）. There was negative correlation between baP- WV and the index of erythrocyte disfiguration （ r = -0. 16, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions BaPWV was correla- ted with blood pressure and hemorheological indicators. Early assessment and regular monitoring might be im- portant for prevention of cardiovascular emergency and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
