摘 要:以Ca(NO3)2、Er(NO3)3、Yb(NO3)3、KF和NaF为原料,采用热压烧结方法制备出Er3+,Er3+-Yb3+和Er3+-Na+掺杂CaF2透明陶瓷。测试了样品室温吸收光谱和发射光谱。利用Judd–Ofelt理论分析了样品的光学性能,并对吸收光谱进行计算拟合,得到光谱参数t(t=2,4,6),根据光谱参数t计算出Er3+某些能级的的跃迁几率、荧光分支比、辐射寿命和品质因子,讨论并比较了Er3+-Yb3+和Er3+-Na+共掺对CaF2透明陶瓷光学性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂Yb3+和Na+改变了Er3+光谱参数;Er3+-Yb3+共掺有利于提高样品的荧光强度;Er3+-Na+共掺有利于提高荧光寿命。Er3+,Er3+-Yb3+and Er3+-Na+co-doped CaF2 transparent ceramics were prepared by a hot-pressing method using Ca(NO3)2, Er(NO3)3, Yb(NO3)3, KF and NaF as raw materials. The absorption and emission spectra were measured. The spectroscopic properties were analysed with the experimental absorption data by the standard Judd-Ofelt theory to evaluate the intensity parameters?t (t=2, 4, 6). The introduction of Yb3+or Na+ for CaF2:Er3+ transparent ceramic changes the Judd-Ofelt parameters ?t. From the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters, the spontaneous emission probabilities and radiative lifetime of Er3+ excited states were calculated. The influences of the Yb3+co-doping and Na+co-doping on the CaF2:Er3+spectroscopic properties in eye-safe laser wavelength (1.53μm) were discussed. The results indicate that the addition of Na+favors the increase of fluorescence lifetime and the introduction of Yb3+is efficient to improve the emission intensity of Er3+-doped CaF2 transparent ceramics.
