摘 要:采用微波沉淀法合成了CaCO3:Eu3+(CEP)红色荧光粉,然后将硬脂酸改性后的CEP(c-CEP)添加到聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)中制备了PP/CaCO3:Eu3+(PP/c-CEP)复合材料。通过荧光粉的光致发光光谱和激发光谱、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热法研究了改性剂和荧光粉添加量对复合材料的结构、力学性能和发光性能的影响。结果表明:硬脂酸改性荧光粉(c-CEP)可均匀分布在PP中,且c-CEP的荧光强度强于CEP和PP/c-CEP复合材料;随着c-CEP添加量的增加,PP/c-CEP复合材料的发光强度增强,其发射主峰位于614nm处,归属于Eu3+的5D0→7F2跃迁;与PP相比,PP/c-CEP复合材料的力学性能几乎没有发生变化,但结晶速率提高,熔点升高,结晶度降低。Eu3+doped CaCO3 phosphor (CEP) was prepared by a microwave method. The CEP coated with stearic acid (c-CEP) was added into polypropylene (PP). The structure and physicochemical properties of PP/c-CEP composites were characterized by photo-luminescence and photoluminescence excitation spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. The results demonstrate that c-CEP can be dispersed in the PP composites. Compared to PP/c-CEP and CEP, the lumi-nescent intensity of c-CEP is stronger. The luminescent intensity of PP/c-CEP increases with the increase of c-CEP. The maximal emission peaks of CEP and PP/c-CEP appear at 614 nm, corresponding to the electric-dipole transition 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+ ion, and showing red under UV light. Moreover, the mechanical properties of PP/c-CEP composite unchanged. Compared to the pure PP, a faster crystallization rate, a higher melting point and a lower crystallization degree in the PP/c-CEP composite were detected.
