甘草锌颗粒联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮72例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价甘草锌颗粒联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的144例轻、中度寻常性痤疮患者随机分为两组,各72例,均在睡前外搽0.05%异维A酸红霉素凝胶于皮损,疗程8周,另外,治疗组同时还予甘草锌颗粒5g冲服,3次/d,治疗4周后改为1次/d。分别于用药后第2,4和8周末时观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗第2,4和8周末时,治疗组的有效率(26.76%,57.74%和81.69%)均高于对照组(14.29%,30.00%和54.29%),但是治疗第2周末时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗第4和8周末时,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。两组患者的不良反应主要为局部刺激反应,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药中也均未出现严重全身不良反应。结论甘草锌颗粒联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床选用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of licorzine granules united isotretinoin erythromycin gel for the mild to moderate aene vulgaris. Methods 144 patients with mild or moderate aene were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 72 ） and control group（ n = 72 ）. They were topically treated with 0.05% isotretinoin erythromycin gel once daily in the evening for 8 weeks, while the treatment group were treated with licorzine granules, 5g infused with water, 3 times/d, and instead of 1 times/d after 4 weeks, and observe the curative effect and adverse reaction at the ends of the 2th, the 4th and 8th weeks after the treatment respectively. Results The effectiveness rates of treatment group （26.76%） was higher than that in control group （ 14.29% ） at the ends of the 2th, but there was no statistical significent difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, and the treatment group（57.74% ,81.69% ） were significantly higher than those in control group（30.00% ,54.29% ）at the ends of the 4th and 8th weeks respectively（P 〈 0. 01 ）. The drug related adverse reactions mainly was local stimulation, but there were not any significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The serious general side effect did not occur during experiment in two groups. Conclusions The treatment of licorzine granules united isotretinoin erythromycin gel is effective, safe and less adverse reaction, worth popularizing and applying in the mild to moderate acne vulgaris.
