泛发型神经性皮炎患者心理社会因素与人格特征

摘　　要：目的探讨诱发泛发型神经性皮炎的心理社会因素及人格特征。方法应用社会再适应量表和艾森克人格问卷对52例泛发型神经性皮炎患者进行测试。结果患者组51.92%在发病前6个月经历过2项以上应激生活事件,对照组32.00%在填表前6个月经历过2项以上应激生活事件,两者差异有统计学意义。患者组不稳定性、N量表分均显著高于对照组,E量表分显著低于对照组。结论心理社会因素刺激在泛发型神经性皮炎发病与复发中起重要作用,而本身的人格特征是发病与复发的基础之一。Objective To investigate the psychosocial factors and personality traits of generalized neurodermatitis. Method We tested 52 cases of generalized neurodermatitis patients depended on Social Adjustment Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. Result About 51.92% patients had experienced two or more stressful life events before the onset of 6 months. 32% cases in the control group had experienced two or more stressful life events before six months of completing this form. The difference was statistically significant. Instability and N scale scores in patient group were significantly higher than that in control group, E scale score was significantly lower. Conclusion The psychological and social factors play an important role in the generalized neurodermatitis incidence and recurrence. And own personality traits is one of the foundations of the incidence and recurrence.
