白芍总苷胶囊联合雷公藤多甙片治疗掌跖脓疱病32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察白芍总苷胶囊联合雷公藤多甙片治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选患者随机分成治疗组(32例)和对照组(24例),治疗组予白芍总苷胶囊联合雷公藤多甙片口服,对照组仅予以雷公藤多甙片口服,均3次/d,疗程4周。结果治疗组有效率78.13%,肝功损害发生率9.38%;对照组分别为54.17%和20.83%差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论白芍总苷胶囊联合雷公藤多甙片治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效和安全性均优于单用雷公藤多甙片治疗组。Objective To observe the clinical effects and security of total glucosides of paeony in combination with tripterygium glucosides in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods Fifty-six patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （32 cases ）and the control group （24 eases）. The treatment group were given total glucosides of paeony eombined with tripterygium glucosides,whereas the control group were given tripterygium glucosides only. Results The efficacy rate and drug adverse reaction rate on liver injury in the treatment group were 78.13% and 9.38% respectively, which obviously higher or lower than those（54.17% and 20.83% ） in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Total glucosides of paeony combined with tripterygium giucosides is an effective and safe treatment method for the patients with palmoplantar pustulosis, which is superior to the tripterygium glucosides only.
