摘　　要：目的比较0.1%他克莫司软膏和卤米松乳膏治疗硬化性萎缩性苔藓的临床疗效和安全性。方法将2009年10月-2012年10月郑州大学第五附属医院、安阳中医院、郑州大学第一附属医院皮肤性病科入选的36例硬化性萎缩性苔藓患者随机分为两组,各18例。对照组予卤米松乳膏外搽(1次/d,每治疗两周停用1周);治疗组予0.1%他克莫司软膏外搽(2次/d)。两组患者的疗程均为2个月。于治疗后6月评价其疗效。结果治疗组有效率和症状缓解率分别为83.33%和81.08%,对照组为77.78%和84.85%,两组患者有效率和症状缓解率的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。另外,两组患者不同皮损部位的治疗效果差异也均不显著。结论 0.1%他克莫司软膏和卤米松乳膏治疗硬化性萎缩性苔藓的临床疗效相似,且均无明显不良反应。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment and halometasone cream in the treatment of patients with lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. Methods A total of 36 patients of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus were respectively recruited from the department of Dermatology, Fifth affiliated Hospitals of Zhengzhou University, Anyang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from October 2009 to October 2012. Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group： tacroiimus and halometasone. Eighteen patients were treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment as treatment group： twice daily for 2 months, and 18 patients with halometasone cream as control group： once daily for 2 months except for one week interval every two weeks. Patients were followed up and evaluated 6 months after treatment. Results The total effective rate and symptom remission rate in the treatment group were 83.33% and 81.08% respectively, compared to that of the control group respectively as 77.78% and 84.85% , showing no significant difference between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. In addition, no significant difference was observed between two groups regarding their efficacy on differentsites. Conclusion The 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment and halometasone cream showed a similar efficacy in treating lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, and no obvious adverse events were observed.
