摘 要:硫氧还原蛋白(thioredoxin,Trx)是一种高度保守且广泛表达的小分子蛋白,具有调节细胞氧化还原活性、清除自由基、抑制细胞凋亡及调节转录因子活性等功能,在细胞信号转导中也发挥重要的作用。目前,大量研究表明氧化应激在各种视网膜病变导致的神经损害机制中占有重要地位,同时还发现Trx在这些病变中处于异常表达。因此,本文对Trx在视网膜病变中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为防治视网膜神经的损伤提供新的思路。Thioredoxin (Trx) is a kind of small molecular protein which is highly conservative and of extensive expression. Its functions are regulating cellular redox ac- tivity, scavenging free radicals, inhibit cell apoptosis, modulating activities of transcrip- tion factors. It also plays an important role in cellular signal transduction. Oxidative stress has been widely proved to be an important part in pathogenesis of neural lesions induced by various retinopathies, meanwhile, Trx is also found in abnormal expression in these retinopathies. This article alms to provide new ideas for preventing and curing retinal neural lesions by reviewing research advances of the role of Trx in retinopathies.
