摘 要:分析了铝合金和铜合金(铝-铜合金)异质材料自冲铆接头特征,并对接头进行了静力测试和疲劳测试,分别获得了表征接头性能的力-位移曲线和载荷-寿命曲线。研究了铝-铜合金自冲铆接头失效形式和各应力比R下的疲劳极限。分析并解释了裂纹萌生过程和扩展的实际路径。从断裂力学角度定义了接头疲劳裂纹扩展方式并讨论了裂纹扩展速率与应力强度因子幅值△K之间的关系,进而估算铝-铜合金自冲铆接头的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命。该研究一定程度上能为自冲铆接头疲劳失效机理分析提供参考。This paper analyzed the features of self-piercing riveted (SPR) joints of aluminum and copper (aluminum-copper) alloy dissimilar sheet materials. The maximum load-displacement curves and maximum load-fatigue life (S-N) curves which characterize the behaviors of SPR joints were obtained respectively by the static test and fatigue test. The failure modes and fatigue limits with every stress ratio of the SPR joints were discussed. The process of crack initiation and crack propagation path were analyzed and explained in this paper. The type of fatigue crack propagation was defined and the relation between crack growth rates and amplitude of stress intensity factors (AK) were discussed f^om the fi'acture mechanics point. The fatigue crack propagation life of SPR joints of Aluminum-Copper alloy dissimilar sheet materials was calculated on the basic of the relation. To some extent, the research could provide some references for fatigue failure mechanism analysis of SPR joints.
