摘  要:基于DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件,研究了轿车活塞挤压成形中损伤的演化过程,并分析了工艺参数对活塞销圆角处的损伤最大值的影响规律。结果表明,随着摩擦系数的增大,损伤最大值增加,当摩擦系数超过0.3时,损伤值增加速度较快,所以摩擦系数要小于0.3;随着挤压速度的增加,最大损伤值增加;随着坯料预热温度的增加,最大损伤值减小;随着模具预热温度的增加,最大损伤值减小。结果能为活塞的制造提供一些指导。The damage evolution process of the car piston during the extrusion forming was studied based on the DEFROM-3D software, and the influence of process parameters on the maximum damage of the fillet of the piston pin during the extrusion process was analyzed. The results show that, with the increase of friction coefficient, the maximum damage increases; when the friction coefficient exceeds 0.3, the maximum damage value increases quickly, so the friction coefficient should be less than 0.3; with the increase of extrusion speed, the maximum damage increases; with the increase of preheating temperature of billet, the maximum damage decreases; with the increase of the preheating temperature of the dies, the maximum damage decreases. The results can provide some guidance for fabrication of the piston.
