摘　　要：通过分析高压电器零件屏蔽罩的技术要求及工艺流程,针对其拉伸成形工序,借助UGNX8.0软件,设计了一套屏蔽罩双动拉伸模具。经过在YJ28-200型双动薄板拉伸液压机上批量生产使用,质量合格、稳定,证明该模具具有较好的可靠性。Through analyzing the technical requirements and the processes of the high voltage electrical parts shields, aiming at the drawing processes, a set of double action drawing die was designed by using UG NX8.0 software. After quantity production used on the YJ28-200 type double-action hydraulic drawing machine, it had better quality and stability, which proved that this drawing die had a good reliability.
