摘  要:研究了不同温度和不同的轧辊转速对TC3合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,TC3合金坯料温度对坯料组织有重要的影响;随着温度从930℃增加到980℃,工件的组织中,从以孪晶为主的结构逐渐变为动态再结晶的等轴晶;主动辊的转动速度由15rad/s增到25rad/s的过程中,微观组织的变化并不明显;在15-20rad/s时,晶粒被压扁,层片状结构较为明显;25rad/s时,层片状组织不太明显,表现为细小的等轴晶。最佳的加工工艺为温度980℃,轧辊转速20~25rad/s。The effect of different deformation temperatures and roller speeds on microstructure of TC3 alloy was researched. The results show that the blank temperature has important influence on the microstructure of the alloy; with the increase of deformation temperature from 930℃ to 980℃, the twins as a mainly microstructure in workpiece graduate into the equiaxed grains of dynamic recrystallization; in the increasing process of the drive roller speed from 15rad/s to 25rad/s, the microstructure change is not obvious; the grain is flattened, the lamellar structure is obvious at 15-20rad/s; at 25rad/s larnellar structure is not obvious,which is the fine equiaxed grain. The best processing technology is that the temperature is 980℃ and the roller speed is 20-25rad/s.
