摘 要:针对HSLA钢,采用埋弧焊进行焊接。焊后对焊接接头的工艺性能进行评定。利用SPSS软件对工艺值回归分析,建立了以电弧的稳定性、脱渣性为变量的工艺值定量函数。结果表明,工艺值与电弧的稳定性、脱渣性和焊缝的成形性之间存在显著的相关关系,其中脱渣性与工艺值线性关系最密切。逐步分析时,引入参量为脱渣性、电弧稳定性,建立回归方程最优。The HSLA steels were welded by submerged arc welding. The technological properties of HSLA steels welded joints were assessed. The quantitative function was established for HSLA steels by SPSS model regression analysis, which was related to arc stability, removability of slag and weld formability in the regression model. The results indicate that, there is a significant linear relationship between technological value and arc stability, removability of slag, weld formability, especially technological value and removability of slag. The arc stability and removability of slag are introduced by stepwise analysis, and the regression equation is best.
