摘 要:分别用搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)和超声辅助搅拌摩擦焊(UAFSW)两种方法对1.8 mm 2024-T4铝合金进行对接焊接,并对焊缝的微观组织和力学性能进行了分析比较。结果表明:FSW和UAFSW两种方法焊接的1.8 mm 2024-T4铝合金均可得到成型美观、内部无缺陷的焊缝,但UAFSW的焊缝力学性能优于FSW;在其它条件相同时,FSW的焊接强度达母材的74.14%,UAFSW的焊接强度可达到母材82.83%。金相组织分析表明,UAFSW焊缝区组织比FSW的更均匀,晶粒更细小。The microstructure, physical property of 2024-T4 aluminum alloy welded by friction stirring welding and ultrasonic-assisted friction stir welding was compared. The results show that the welded joints of 2024-T4 aluminum welded by two technology are both with good appearance and detect-free in the inner, but ultrasonic-assisted friction stir welding has better weld mechanical properties, with the most appropriate parameters, the tensile strength of aluminum alloy friction stir welding can reach 74.14% of that of base metal while the tensile strength of aluminum alloy ultrasonic-assisted friction stir welding can achieve 82.83% of that of base metal. The microstructure analysis shows that the microstructure of ultrasonic- assisted friction stir welding is more uniform and fine.
