摘 要:对国内某厂家生产的NM360钢和ZG30SiMn钢采用气体保护焊进行异种钢焊接,并对焊接接头进行力学性能试验及微观组织观察。结果表明:ZG30SiMn钢焊接接头CGHAZ和FGHAZ组织为铁素体+魏氏组织+马氏体,ICHAZ组织为珠光体+铁素体+贝氏体;NM360钢焊接接头CGHAZ和FGHAZ组织为低碳马氏体,ICHAZ组织为铁素体+M-A。ZG30SiMn的HAZ没有软化行为,而NM360调质钢的ICHAZ和SCHAZ有软化现象。ZG30SiMn钢HAZ发生脆化,NM360钢HAZ冲击性能较好。Abstraet.NM360 steel and ZG30SiMn steel was welded by using MAG and the mechanical and microstructure of the welded joints were studied. The results show that: ZG30SiMn steel welded joints CGHAZ and FGHAZ microstructure is F+W+B, ICHAZ microstructure is P+F+B; the welded joint of NM360 steel CGHAZ and FGHAZ is low carbon martensitic, ICHAZ microstructure is ferrite and M-A, the ferrite makes ICHAZ hardness significantly reduce. The HAZ of ZG30SiMn steel is embrittlement, but the impact toughness of NM360 steel HAZ is qualified. Key words :ZG30SiMn steel; NM360 steel; microstructure; property
