摘  要:采用RAPD技术对中国对虾中国黄渤海沿岸种群 (HB)和朝鲜半岛西海岸种群 (PK)的遗传多样性进行检测 .2 0个随机引物 (OPD系列 )在二个种群中都扩增出 148条DNA片段 ,其中多态性片段数分别为 5 4条和6 5条 ,多态性片段的比例分别为 36 .49%和 43.92 % ,种群的平均杂合度分别为 0 .1981和 0 .2 375 .实验表明 ,中国对虾朝鲜半岛西海岸种群的遗传多样性要比中国黄渤海沿岸种群高 ,但二个种群都处于较低的遗传变异水平 .由此显示 ,中国对虾的种质资源须进行科学管理与保护 .图 1表 2参The genetic structure of two different wild populations of Penaeus chinensis was detected with RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) technique. One population occurs in the Pohai and the western coastal waters of the Yellow Sea (HB population), and the other distributes in the eastern coastal waters of the Yellow Sea (PK population). Samples of HB population and PK population were collected in April, 1997 from Qingdao,Shandong province and Korean Peninsular, respectively. Genomic DNA was extracted from 30 individuals of HB population and PK population. Amplification with 20 random primers of Operon Kit D generated 148 fragments in HB population and PK population, respectively. 54 and 65 bands were polymorphic, and the mean proportions of polymorphic amplified fragments of HB population and PK population were 36.49% and 43.92%, respectively. The values of average heterozygosity of HB population and PK population were 0.1981 and 0.2375, respectively. It indicates that the genetic variation in PK population is higher than that of HB population. But, compared with Penaeus japonicus and P. Vannamei , the genetic diversity in the two populations of P. chinensis was lower. Some measurements must be adopted to protect the two wild populations. Fig 1, Tab 2, Ref 10
