补肾益气活血复方治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾益气活血复方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:进行随机、双盲、对照研究,将387例糖尿病肾病患者分为治疗组129例、对照组128例和中西医结合组130例,治疗组给予中药补肾益气活血复方治疗,对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,中西医结合组两药联用,观察其疗效和生化指标并进行比较。结果:治疗组与对照组、中西医结合组与对照组疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与中西医结合组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3组各生化指标均明显好转(与治疗前相比P均<0.05);UAER和中医证候评分治疗组、中西医结合组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);中西医结合组24 h尿蛋白与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组与中西医结合组各指标比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药补肾益气活血复方防治糖尿病肾病疗效显著,与厄贝沙坦疗效相当。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Compound Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Prescription in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods： Through a randomized,double blind and controlled study,384 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into the treatment group（129 cases）,control group（128 cases） and group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine（130 cases）.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Compound Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Prescription,the control group was given irbesartan,the group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine was treated with the combination of two drugs.Their biochemical indexes were observed and the therapeutic effect compared.Results： There were statistical differences（P0.05） between treatment group and the control group,the control group and the group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in effects;there were no statistical differences（P0.05） between the treatment groupand the group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in effects;the biochemical indexes of 3 groups after treatment were significantly improved（compared with those before treatment P0.05）;the differences were statistically significant（P0.01） in UAER and TCM syndrome scores in treatment group,he group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine and control group;in 24h urinary protein,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05） between the group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine and the control group,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05） between the treatment group and the control group;the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05） between the treatment group and the group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in indexes.Conclusion： Compound Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Prescription has a significant effect in treating diabetic nephropathy,equivalent to the effect of irbesartan.
