摘  要:在室内培养条件下,采用菌丝生长速率法测定腐霉利等6种商品杀菌剂及其复配剂对草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)的抑制作用。结果表明,不同杀菌剂对草莓灰霉病菌均表现出明显的抑制作用,0.01~10.00 mg/L的腐霉利、嘧霉胺、苯醚甲环唑、乙蒜.丁子香酚、嘧菌环胺和武夷菌素的抑菌率分别为6.81%~70.93%、5.59%~69.06%、6.09%~72.93%、10.37%~100.00%、9.00%~42.04%、17.62%~48.37%;EC50分别为3.704、4.837、2.266、0.075、22.771、55.277 mg/L。复配剂嘧菌环胺∶腐霉利1∶1有特别明显的增效作用;嘧菌环胺∶腐霉利1∶2、乙蒜素∶苯醚甲环唑1∶2和2∶1、嘧霉胺∶苯醚甲环唑1∶2有明显的增效作用;武夷菌素∶嘧霉胺1∶1和2∶1、乙蒜素∶苯醚甲环唑1∶1等复配剂略有增效作用。The toxicity of six fungicides, including Procymidone etc. and their mixtures were determined on Botrytis cinerea Pers. by measuring mycelial growth rate in laboratory. The results showed that each fungicide had obvious inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of B. cinerea. In a wide range of fungicide concentrations (0.01-10.00 mg/L), the inhibition ratios of Pro- cymidone, Pyrimethanil, Difenoconazole, Ethylicin.Eugenol, Cyprodinil and Wuyiencin were 6.81%-70.93%, 5.59%-69.06%, 6.09%-72.93%, 10.37%-100.00%, 9.00%-42.04% and 17.62%-48.37% respectively. The ECso values were 3.704, 4.837, 2.266, 0.075, 22.771 and 55.277 mg/L, respectively. The mixtures of Cyprodinil and Procymidone with ratio of 1:1 had par- ticularly obvious synergistic effect. The mixtures of Cyprodinil and Procymidone with ratio of 1:2, Ethylicin and Difenoconazole with ratio of 1:2 and 2:1, Pyrimethanil and Difenoconazole with ratio of 1:2 had obvious synergistic effect. The mixtures of Wuyiencin and Pyrimethanil with ratio of 1:1 and 2:1, Ethylicin and Difenoconazole with ratio of 1:1 had slightly synergistic effect.
