重庆缙云山中华大蟾蜍食性研究

摘　　要：2010年3月至2011年5月,在重庆缙云山采集中华大蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans Cantor)标本共102号,研究中华大蟾蜍的食性并观察其生活环境。结果表明,缙云山中华大蟾蜍食物重/体重与体长、体重呈指数关系,缙云山中华大蟾蜍体长(x,cm)与食物重/体重(F,g/g)的相关方程为F=0.063 3e-0.104 7x;体重(w,g)与食物重/体重(F,g/g)的相关方程为F=0.034 7e-0.004 7w,试验数据与方程拟合良好。中华大蟾蜍主要捕食膜翅目、鞘翅目和鳞翅目昆虫,有益系数为83.19%,有益程度高,应加强保护。A total of 102 specimens of Bufo gargarizarts Cantor were collected in the Jinyun mountain, Chongqing city from March 2010 to May 2011 and the feeding habit and living environment of adults of B. gargarizans were studied. The result showed that the equations between food amount and length and body weight of B. gargarizans in the Jinyun mountain were F= 0.063 3e^-0.1047x F=0.034 7e^-0.0047w. Correlation is statistically significant. B. gargarizans mainly choose living animals as their foods, especially Hymenoptera, Coleoptera and Lepidoptera. The beneficial coefficient of B. gargarizans was 83.19%, which implied that their benefit for mankind was larger.
