桑杏平喘颗粒对小白鼠的急性毒性试验

摘　　要：为了解桑杏平喘颗粒对动物的毒性,对其进行了小白鼠的急性毒性试验。将50只昆明系小白鼠分成5组,每组10只,雌雄各半,分别按生药250.00 g/(kg.bw)、300.00 g/(kg.bw)、360.00 g/(kg.bw)、432.00 g/(kg.bw)、518.40 g/(kg.bw)灌胃给药,其半数致死量LD50为319.16 g/(kg.bw)。结果表明,桑杏平喘颗粒是一种安全的、无毒的复方中药制剂。In order to make clear the clinical effect and acute toxicity of Sangxing pingchuan granules, 50 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 mice in each, and gavaged with crude drug of Sangxing Pingchuan granules at the dose of 250.00, 300.00, 360.00, 432.00, and 518.40 g/（kg·bw）, respectively. The results showed that the 50% lethal dose （LD50） of Sangxing pingchuan granules was 319.16 g/（kg·bw）, indicating that Sangxing pingchuan granules was safe and nonpoisonous Chinese herbal compound.
