摘 要:采用二因素完全随机区组设计研究了豫北地区两个不同生态型小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种郑麦004(半冬性)和郑麦9023(弱春性)不同播期的幼穗分化进程和穗部性状。结果表明,郑麦9023较郑麦004幼穗分化开始早,从播种到进入幼穗分化所需的时间短,而且整个幼穗分化所持续的时间也短;播期对小麦幼穗分化持续时间有影响,表现为随着播期的推迟,小麦幼穗分化持续的时间缩短;穗部各性状的形成与幼穗分化过程密切相关,幼穗分化时间长有利于穗大粒多。Young spike differentiation process and spike characteristics of two wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cuhivars, Zheng- mai004 (semi-winterness) and Zhengmai9023 (weak springness) with different sowing date in north of Henan province were studied using two-element random complete block design. Results showed that differentiation of Zhengmai9023 was earlier than that of Zhengnmi004; the period from sowing to differentiation was short, and so was the duration of differentiation process. Differentiation duration of young spike was affected by sowing date, as it could be shortened by delaying of sowing date. There was close correlation between spike characteristics and differentiation process of young spike, longer differentiation du- ration was benefit for bigger spike and high grain density.
