摘 要:采用磷钾叶面肥喷施浓度和喷施起始时间2因素5水平二次通用旋转组合设计,以青薯168为试验材料,对不同处理下的马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)各花期叶片的叶绿素含量进行测定,并统计其产量。结果表明,叶绿素含量在终花期变异最大,在低喷施浓度范围内,叶绿素含量随着喷施浓度的增加而呈递增趋势,当叶绿素含量达到最高点后,随着喷施浓度的增加,叶绿素含量不再增加;随着喷施起始时间的延迟,叶绿素含量有不断下降的趋势。在磷酸二氢钾叶面喷施浓度为0.250%、喷施起始时间为马铃薯初花期后15 d时,终花期叶绿素总含量最高,为1.93 mg/g。Using quadratic universal rotation combination design with 5 levels of 2 factors, spraying concentration and spray- ing time of foliar fertilizer with phosphorus and potassium, taking Qingshu 168 (Solanum tuberosum L.) as test materials, chlorophyll content in potato leaves at different florescence phase with treatments were determined, and the yield was counted. The results showed that chlorophyll content varied the most in the final flowering phase. In the low concentration range, chlorophyll content increased with the increase of foliar fertilizer concentration; after chlorophyll content reached to the peak, it stopped increase with the increase of spraying concentration. As the spraying starting time delayed, chlorophyll content showed a decreasing tendency. When spraying at the potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration of 0.250%, and started spraying 15 d after initial flowering stage, chlorophyll content in potato leaves at the final flowering phase was the highest, 1.93 mg/g.
