摘 要:应用形态学和分子生物学相关理论知识和方法,对贵阳市红枫湖6个典型地区水体中菌类群落进行了分离培养,共获得387个菌株,其中真菌173株,分属3个亚门9个属;细菌214株,分属7个科8个属。真菌中的半知菌亚门(Deuteromycotina)链格孢属(Alternaria)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、青霉属(Peni-cillium)和担子菌亚门(Basidiomycotina)耙齿菌属(Irpex)出现频率较高,为真菌菌株分离总数的70%。细菌中的芽孢菌科(Bacilliacaea)枯草芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)和假单胞杆菌科(Pseudomonaceae)假单胞杆菌属(Pseudomonas)出现频率较高,为细菌菌株分离总数的50%。菌株数量的变化与温度呈正相关;不同地区的菌株数量与其污染程度有一定的关系。Using morphological and biological theory and method, aquatic fungal communities from 6 typical areas of Hongfeng lake in Guiyang city of Guizhou province were isolated and cultured. A total of 387 strains were obtained, includ- ing 173 fungal strains, belonging to 9 genera of 3 subdivision and 214 bacteria strains, belonging to 8 genera of 7 families. Alternaria, Aspergillus and Penicillium in Deuteromycotina and Irpex in Basidiomycotina had high occurrence frequency among fungus, accounted for 70% of the total fungi. Bacillus in Bacilliacaea and Pseudomonas in Pseudomonaceae had high occur- rence frequency among bacteria, accounted for 50% of the total bacteria. Number of strains changed with the increase of temperature, and had certain relationship with pollutant degree in different regions.
