摘  要:为了深入了解疟疾病理过程中TOLL样受体(TLR)和炎症反应的关系,通过Real-time PCR、ELISA等方法,测定了小鼠感染伯氏疟原虫后其TOLL样受体(Toll like receptor,TLR)的mRNA水平和下游炎症因子的血清水平。结果表明,TLR-2、TLR-9、TLR-11的mRNA水平均显著升高,分别为对照的3.0倍、3.5倍和6.0倍。说明宿主通过TLR感知疟原虫的侵入,并启动下游炎症因子的过表达。The relationship between toll-like receptors(TLRs) and inflammation was studied through the detection of the TLR's mRNA level and the inflammatory factors level in semen by RT-PCR after the mice was infected with Plasmodium berghei. The results showed that the mRNA level of TLR-2, 9, 11 increased 3.0, 3.5 and 6.0 times of the control group, respec- tively, after 96 hours of infection. It indicated that TLR played an important role in host recognizing of plasmodium invasion and initiated downstream inflammation reactions.
