摘  要:为了研究不同日粮蛋白质水平对妊娠期海南黑山羊增重效果和产羔率的影响,选用健康、体重差异不显著(P>0.05)的海南黑山羊母羊36只,将其随机分为4个处理组,每处理组设3个重复,每重复3只羊,对其饲喂不同蛋白质水平的日粮。结果表明,日粮蛋白质的添加水平对妊娠母羊的日增重有显著影响(P<0.05),以试验Ⅱ组增重效果最好;且日粮中蛋白质的过量和不足均可导致怀孕母羊流产率上升,产羔率下降。综合认为,妊娠期海南黑山羊母羊日粮的蛋白质添加水平以120%NRC推荐量(14.3%)为最佳。36 Hainan black goats were randomly allocated to four treatments of 3 repeats and fed with the diet of different protein levels during pregnant to study the effects of the protein levels on weight gain and lambing rates of Hainan black goats. The results showed that the protein levels had significantly effects on the weight gain of pregnant Hainan black goats (P〈0.05), the treatment group II was the best. The excess or deficiency of protein in diets were attributed to the rise of abortion rate and the decline in lambing rates of Hainan black goats. In conclusion, the optimal addition level of protein in pregnant diets of hainan black goats was 14.3% which was the 120% of NRC recommended amount.
