摘  要:采用微波消解法处理样品,然后用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定乌药[Lindera aggregate(Sims)Kosterm]中的砷、汞、硒和镉含量。结果表明,加标回收率为96.8%~103.9%,相对标准偏差均小于4%,具有良好的精密度和准确度。各元素的检出限为0.05~0.36 ng/mL,能满足中草药中无机元素的测试要求。乌药中的砷、汞、硒和镉含量均未超出限量范围。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,对于实际样品的测定得到了满意的结果,便于推广应用。Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was applied to determine As, Hg, Se and Cd in Lindera aggregate (Sims) Kosterm. The results showed that the recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 96.8% and 103.9%, and the RSD(n=5) was lower than 4.0%, which showed good accuracy and precision. The detection limits were between 0.05 ng/mL and 0.36 ng/mL, which met the testing requirements of inorganic elements in Chi- nese herbal medicine. The contents of As, Hg, Se and Cd were within the limitation. This method is simple, rapid and sen- sitive, so it can be successfully used for the determination of As, Hg, Se and Cd in L. aggregate (Sims) Kosterm.
