中医康复为主治疗车祸致颈椎骨折并高位截瘫继发重度褥疮一例

摘　　要：笔者通过综合运用中医康复疗法为主，辅以现代医学治疗方法，成功地家庭康复了1例车祸致颈椎骨折并高位截瘫合并重度褥疮患者，体会到中医疗法（包括中药、针灸、推拿等）在临床中根据实际情况灵活运用，并适当辅以现代医学治疗方法，可使疗效倍增。patient with severe bedsore secondary to cervical spine fracture and high paraplegia caused by car accident was successfully recovered by comprehensively applying rehabilitation ther- apy of TCM and modem medical therapy. Author realized that slick applying TCM therapy （tradi- tional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage, etc.） according to the practical situation and proper- ly supplementing modem medical therapy can increase the curative effect.
