推拿配合高电位治疗仪治疗肱骨外上髁炎65例

摘　　要：目的：探讨中医推拿配合高电位治疗仪治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法：65例确诊为肱骨外上髁炎的患者，运用滚、揉、拿、一指禅、弹拔、旋前牵拉等手法配合高电位治疗仪治疗后统计疗效。结果：临床疗效优48例，良14例，中2例，差1例，总有效率98．5％。结论：中医推拿配合高电位治疗仪治疗肱骨外上髁炎效果显著，值得推广应用。Objective： To discuss the efficacy of massage cooperated with high potential thera- peutic apparatus in treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods： 65 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were treated by technique of rolling manipulation, kneading method, grasping manipulation, single-finger meditation pushing therapy, flipping and poking, pronation-traction and high potential therapeutic apparatus. The efficacy was observed. Results： 48 cases were excellent, 14 cases were good, 2 cases were middle, 1 case was bad. The total effective rate was 98.5%. Con- clusion： Massage cooperated with high potential therapeutic apparatus in treatment of external hu- meral epicondylitis has marked effect, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
