小针刀配合参麦针穴位注射治疗肩周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察小针刀配合参麦针穴位注射治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：对60例肩周炎患者采用小针刀配合参麦针穴位注射进行治疗。结果：60例患者，经治疗1个疗程后、治疗后3个月随访的总有效率分别为96．7％、91．7％。结论：小针刀配合参麦针穴位注射在肩周炎的治疗上具有操作简便、疗程短、疗效持久等优势，在临床上值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of small needle-knife cooperated with acu- point injection of Shenmai needle in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by small needle-knife cooperated with acupoint injec- tion of Shenmai needle. Results： The total effective rate of 1 treatment course later and the flow- er-up visit after 3 months treatment were 96.7% and 91.7%. Conclusion： The small needle-knife co- operated with acupoint injection of Shenmai needle in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has advantages of easy and simple of handle, short treatment course and the lasting effect, etc. It is wor- thy of popularization.
