摘　　要：通过介绍一临床试验的情况，包括病房设置、人员配备、制定相应的管理流程，探索和总结了药物临床试验中护理管理的经验和护士在药物·临床试验中的作用。护理人员在药物临床工作中，对保证受试验者自愿参与试验、保证受试者权益、确保新药临床试验的正常顺利进行等方面均起着重要的作用；而规范的护理管理制度，是保障药物临床试验顺利进行的重要手段。Based on the introduction of clinical trials including ward setting, staffing, formulating corresponding management pro- cess, to explore and summarize the nursing management experience in clinical trial and roles of nurses in clinical drug trials. Nurs- ing personnel play important roles in the work of clinical drugs, to ensure subjects volunteered to participate, guarantee the rights of subjects, ensure clinical trials of new drugs running smoothly and so on; And standardized nursing management system is important means to ensure the smooth progress of clinical drugs trials.
