摘　　要：目的：探讨双乳晕路径腔镜甲状腺手术围手术期的健康教育指导。方法：对23例行双乳晕路径腔镜甲状腺手术患者进行入院评估后，制定适合患者的健康教育内容和计划，按计划从入院到出院给予系统的全程健康教育指导。结果：通过全面的护理和系统的健康教育，本组患者术后恢复良好，未出现任何护理并发症，对美容效果及护理服务非常满意。结论：做好健康教育对疾病恢复有重要意义。Objective： To explore the health education on patients of thyroid operation with endoscope of bilateral areola path during perioperation. Methods： After proceeding admission assessment on 23 cases of endoscopic thyroid operation with bilateral areolar path, plan of health education was made to suit patients, according to the plan, health education guidance was offered systematically during the whole course from admission to discharging. Results： Based on comprehensive nursing and systematical health education, all patients fully recovered without any nursing complication, and satisfied with the cosmetic effect and nursing service. Conclusion： health education is important for the recovery of the disease.
