四子散热熨腹部预防腰椎术后便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察四子散热熨腹部对腰椎术后便秘的治疗效果。方法：将99例腰椎术后患者随机分为实验组和对照，实验组术后给予四子散热熨腹部，对照组给予暖水袋热熨腹部，比较两组患者术后排便时间及是否有便秘的发生。结果：实验组发生率为24．0％，低于对照组的67．3％（P〈0．05）。结论：腰椎术后应用四子散热熨腹部能够有效预防腰椎术后便秘的发生，缩短术后排便时间。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of sizi powder hot pressing abdomen treating constipation after lumber sur gery. Methods： 99 cases of lumbar postoperative were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimen tal group was given sizi powder hot pressing abdomen, the control group was given .warm water bags hot pressing abdomen, time of postoperative defecation and the occurrence of constipation were compared between two groups. Results： The incidence of experi mental group was 24%, lower than 67.3% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sizi powder hot pressing abdomen after lumber surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of constipation after lumbar surgery, shorten the time of postoperative defecation.
