摘　　要：目的：探讨人性化护理干预在血液净化操作中的实施及效果。方法：通过血液净化中心的交流平台确定人性化护理的对象，并对256例血透患者实施针对性的人性化护理措施。结果：患者对护理的满意度及依从性均明显提升。结论：在血液净化操作中进行人性化护理可提高患者的满意度及依从性，改善医、护、患的关系，减少医患纠纷，值得一临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the practice and effect of humane care intervention in blood purification operation. Methods： De termined the objects through the platform of blood purification center, and used humane care intervention to 256 cases of hemodialy sis patients. Results： The satisfaction about the nursing and compliance were both significantly increased. Conclusion： Humane care intervention in blood purification operation can increase the satisfaction and compliance of patients, improve the relationship among the doctors, nurses and patients, reduce the disputes, which is worth clinical application.
