摘 要:目的:研究复用器械的清洗方法及影响其清洗效果的因素。方法:将150把新的和150把旧的血管钳、剪刀、镊子随机分为三组,A组单纯用全自动清洗机清洗,B组先用多酶溶液浸泡30min,然后用全自动清洗机清洗,C组先用多酶溶液浸泡30min,然后在流动水下人工刷洗,最后用全自动清洗机清洗,比较三组的隐血率。结果:c组清洗方法隐血率低于A、B组(P〈0.05),新器械隐血率低于旧器械(P〈0.05),血管钳隐血率高于剪刀,剪刀隐血率高于镊子(P〈0.05)。结论:机洗结合预浸泡、人工刷洗是一种可靠的复用器械清洗方法。Objective: To study on the cleaning methods of multiplexing apparatuses and the influential factors of cleaning effect. Methods: 150 new and 150 old forceps, scissors and tweezers were randomly divided into three groups, group A only cleaned by au tomatic washing machine, group B infused in the multienzyme solution for 30 minutes before cleaning by automatic washing ma chine, group C infused in the multienzyme solution for 30 minutes first, then artificially scrubbed under the running water, and cleaned the apparatuses by automatic washing machine at last, and compared the rate of occult blood among the three groups. Re suits: Of cleaning methods, the rate of occult blood of group A was lower than group B and C (P〈0.05); of the apparatuses, the rate of occult blood of new apparatuses was lower than the olds (P〈0.05), the forceps were higher than scissors while the scissors were also higher than tweezers (P〈0.05). Ctmclusion: The cleaning method of Machine washing combined with presoak and manu al scrubbing is a reliable way to clean multiplexing apparatuses.
