县级医院综合内科急诊患者临床特征及诊治对策研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨县级医院临床综合内科急诊患者临床特征及诊治对策。方法：回顾性调查了我院内科2012年6月-2012年12月的急诊病例114例，并分析其临床特征。结果：县级医院综合内科急诊患者病种多样，病情变化复杂，患者及家属的态度及对治疗的要求差异较大，要有针对性的应对措施。结论：县级医院综合内科医生在诊治急诊患者时，要善于沟通，规范操作，满足患者及家属需求，积极防范医疗意外及纠纷。Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment strategy of emergency patients in general medicine of county hospital. Methods： 114 emergency cases in internal medicine of our hospital from June 2012 to December 2012 were retro- spective investigated, and its clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results： It manifolded and changed in condition of complex among emergency patients the internal medicine of county hospital, the attitudes and requirements for treatment of patients and fami- ly members were quite different, there should be specific countermeasures. Conclusion： When physicians in general medicine of county hospital running diagnosis and treatment for emergency patients, they need to be good at communicating and adhered to stan-dardized operation, to meet the needs of patients and their families and actively prevent medical accidents and disputes.
