摘　　要：椎-基底动脉供血不足可以通过多种方法诊断，如临床症状体征、血管超声及影像学检查；治疗方法也有很多，如中医、西医、中西医结合治疗。本文就椎．基底动脉供血不足的诊断和治疗作一综述。Vertebrobasilar insufficiency can be diagnosed by various methods such as clinical symptoms and signs, vascular ultrasound and imaging examination; there are also many therapies, such as Chinese medicine, western medicine and integrative Chinese and western medicine. This paper summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
