俯卧推肩法配合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨俯卧推肩法配合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法：40例患者均采用俯卧推肩法配合针灸进行治疗。结果：治愈37例，好转3例，无效0例，总有效率100％。结论：俯卧推肩法配合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎治疗疗程短，患者经济负担较轻，且疗效十分显著，值得广泛应用于临床。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of prone shoulder method combined with acupuncture treating eriarthritis of shoulder. Methods： 40 cases of patients all adopted therapy of prone shoulder method with acupuncture. Results： 37 cases were cured, with 3 cases improved and none ineffective, the total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： With prone shoulder method combined with acupuncture treating periarthritis of shoulder, course of treatment is short, the economic burden of the patients is lighter, and the curative effects are significant, which is worthy of being widely used in clinical.
