小针刀配合跌打损伤膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察小针刀配合跌打损伤膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法：将104例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组予小针刀配合跌打损伤膏外敷治疗，对照组予局部痛点封闭治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：随访1个月、3个月、6个月、1年，治疗组的总有效率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：小针刀配合跌打损伤膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎明显优于局部痛点封闭治疗，是一种有效、安全的微创治疗方法。Objective： To observe the curative effects of acupotomy combined with traumatic injury plaster treating external humeral epicondylitis. Methods： 104 patients were randomly, divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with acupotomy combined with traumatic injury plaster, while control group received block therapy of local pain point, the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Re suits： The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group, with followup of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 years （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupotomy combined with traumatic injury plaster treating external humeral epicondylitis is superior to block therapy of local pain spot, which is a kind of therapy effective, safe and minimally invasive.
