中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期的疗效。方法：将68例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组接受慢阻肺稳定期常规治疗（茶碱缓释胶囊、舒利迭），治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上接受中医药补肺汤合苓桂术甘汤加味治疗，连续治疗3个月后评估两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、6分钟行走距离及肺功能情况。结果：治疗组床疗效、6分钟步行试验及肺功能均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢阻肺稳定期疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable phase. Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group received routine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable phase （theophylline sustainedrelease capsules, Seretide）, treatment group received treatment of Chinese medicine bufei and linggui zhugan decoction based on the treatment of control group, to evaluate the clinical curative effects, 6minute walking dis tance and pulmonary function of two groups after the continuing treatment of 3 months. Results： The clinical effects, 6minute walking test and pul monary function of treatment group were all better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western med icine is significant effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable phase, being worthy of clinical application.
