摘　　要：[摘要]目的：探讨锁定接骨板治疗下肢骨干骨折术后的疗效。方法：对128例应用锁定接骨板治疗的下肢骨干骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果：8例在12周左右、1例在16周发生钢板及螺钉断裂；其余119例骨痂生长缓慢，其中19例发生延迟愈合，给予卧床制动或石膏固定，最终119例全部骨性愈合。结论：应用锁定接骨板行切开复位治疗下肢骨干骨折极大增加了钢板、螺钉断裂及骨折延迟的机会，不能早期下床负重，骨折愈合时间大大延长，应当同时结合加压固定技术。Objective： To investigate the postoperative efficacy of locking plate treating shaft fracture of lower extremity. Methods： A retrospective analysis was performed on 128 patients using locking plate for shaft fracture of lower extremity. Results： Plate and screw of 8 cases around 12 weeks and 1 case around 16 week ruptured; poroma of 119 cases remaining grew slowly, of which 19 cases was delayed union with retardation in bed or plaster immobilization, 119 cases.were all bony union in the end. Conclusion： The application of locking plate with open reduction treating shaft fracture of lower extremity greatly increased the opportunity of plate and screw breakage and delayed fracture, being not able to get out of bed early with weieht-bearine, nrolonin the time of fracture healing, extremely, which should be combined with compression fixation.
