摘　　要：目的：观察星状神经节阻滞治疗脑卒中后患侧手肿胀的临床效果。方法：我科收治脑卒中后单纯手部水肿患者12例，采用星状神经节阻滞进行治疗，观察效果。结果：治愈8例，好转3例，无效1例，总有效率91．7％。结论：星状神经节阻滞治．疗脑卒中后患侧手肿胀的临床效果令人满意。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of stellate ganglion block treating hand swelling of affected side after cerebral stroke. Methods： Our department admitted 12 cases of cerebral stroke patients with mere hand edema, treated with stellate ganglion block, to observe the clinical ef- fects. Results： 8 cases were cured, with 3 cases improved, 1 case ineffective and the total efficiency of 91.7%. Conclusion： The clinical effects of stel- late ganglion block treating hand swelling of affected side after cerebral stroke are satisfied.
