加味黄柏散结合中频治疗急性腰部软组织损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察加味黄柏散结合中频治疗急性腰部软组织损伤的疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用加味黄柏散外敷结合中频电疗法，对照组采用扶他林软膏外敷配合中频电疗法，比较两组结果。结果：治疗组总有效率98．0％，优于对照组89．8％（P〈0．05）。结论：加味黄柏散结合中频电疗法治疗急性腰部软组织损伤安全有效，值得临床推广使鼠，Objective： To observe the curative effects ofjiawei pheUodendron powder combined with medium frequency treating acute lumbar soft tis sue injury. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group used jiawei phellodendron powder combined with medium frequency electrotherapy, control group of voltaren ointment combined with medium frequency electrotherapy, to compare the results of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group is 98%, better than that of control group by 89.8% （P〈0.05）. Conclu sion： Jiawei phellodendron powder combined with medium frequency electrotherapy treating acute lumbar soft tissue injury is safe and effective, be ing worthy of clinical promotion and application.
