摘　　要：目的：探讨针刺经外奇穴联合推拿疗法对高血压患者TNF-a、ET水平的影响。方法：60例原发性高血压患者分成对照组和观察组，分别采取针刺经外奇穴治疗及针刺经外奇穴联合推拿疗法，对比分析两组TNF-a、ET水平变化情况。结果：治疗后两组患者TNF-a、ET水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．05），且观察组患者TNF—a、ETT水平明显低于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：高血压患者采取针刺经外奇穴联合推拿疗法临床效果显著，有效降低TNF-a、ET水平。Objective： To investigate the effects of acupuncturing extra nerve points combining with massage on TNF-a, ET of patients with hyperten- sion. Methods： 60 cases of primary hypertension were divided into observation group and control group, respectively treated with acupuncturing ex- tra nerve points and which combining with massage, changes of TNF-a and ET between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： TNF-a and ET of two groups after the treatment significantly decreased comparing with before （P〈0.05）, and TNF-a and ET of observation group were sig- nificantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There is obvious clinical efficacy for hypertensive patients with the treatment of acupuncturing extra nerve points and massage, which decreases the level of TNF-a and ET.
