MMP-2、MMP-9在胃癌中表达的相关性及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-2,MMP-9在胃癌中表达的相关性及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法通过免疫组化SP法检测65例胃癌组织和20例正常胃黏膜组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达情况。结果 MMP-2和MMP-9在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为67.7%(44/65)和72.3%(47/65),明显高于在正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性表达率15.0%(3/20)和25.0%(5/20),两者的差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=17.178,14.411;P均<0.001)。MMP-2和MMP-9的阳性率与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无明显相关性(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的浸润深度、组织学分化程度、胃癌的淋巴结转移及TNM分期有显著相关性(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明胃癌组织中的MMP-2和MMP-9表达呈正相关(P<0.001,γ=0.599)。结论 MMP-2和MMP-9在胃癌中的阳性率显著增高,且两者表达呈正相关,推断其可能在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To detect the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in gastric neoplasm and its relationship with gas- tric cancer biological behavior. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 65 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa specimens were observed by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of MMP- 2 and MMP-9 in gastric cancer tissue was 67.7% （44/65） and 72.3% （47/65） ,significantly higher than 15.0% （3/20） and 25.0% （5/20） in normal gastric mucosa tissues ,the difference has statistical significance （ X~ = 17. 178,14.411 ;P 〈 0. 001 ）. The positive rate of MMP-2 and MMP-9 has no correlation with age, gender, tumor size of patients （P 〉 0.05 ）, but tumor infiltra- tion depth and histological differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of gastric cancer have significant correlation （P 〈0.05）. The MMP-2 and MMP-9 in gastric cancer tissue were positively correlated （P 〈 0.001 and y =0. 001 ） by correlation analysis. Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression in gastric cancer is significantly higher,may jointly partici- pate in the occurrence and process of gastric cancer.
