摘　　要：抑郁等心理社会因素已被认为是影响肿瘤发生发展的第一要素，其作用与人体神经内分泌免疫系统调控作用密切相关，通过心理应激方式可直接或间接影响肿瘤的发生发展。中医药调肝治法是肿瘤心理干预的主要手段，在现已充分证实中医药调肝治法可通过有效调控神经内分泌免疫网络抗心理应激损伤的基础上，可以揭示现行中医药肿瘤心理诊治方法的主要机制，并将为进一步总结与寻求更有效的干预手段提供坚实的理论依据。Depression and other psychological and social factors have been considered to be the first factor to affect the occurrence and development of tumor, whose effects are closely related with the impacts of neuroendocrine regulation mechanism, directly or indirectly influencing tumor devel- opment based on mental stress. Regulating liver therapy with Chinese medicine is the main means of psychological intervention of tumor, regulating liver therapy with Chinese medicine can effectively regulate neuroendocrine immune to resist psychological stress damage, according to which have been fully confirmed, the main mechanism of psychological treatment for tumor with current Chinese medicine can be revealed, and solid theoretical basis will be provided with more effective intervention means of further summary.
