摘　　要：目的：观察一牵三扳法结合针灸治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的疗效。方法：58例腰椎小关节紊乱症患者均采用一牵三扳法结合针灸治疗。结果：治愈48例，显效7例，好转3例，有效率100％。结论：一牵三扳法结合针灸治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症效果满意、费用低，且无创伤性，值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the curative effects of pulling manipulation combined with acupuncture treating lumbar small joint disorder. Meth ods： 58 cases of patients with lumbar small joint disorder were all treated with pulling manipulation combined With acupuncture. Results： 48 cases were cured, with 7 cases effective and 3 cases improved, the efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： Pulling manipulation combined with acupuncture treating lumbar small joint disorder is worth the clinical promotion, with satisfactory efficacy, low costs and noninvasive.
