摘　　要：目的：探讨平衡针结合斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：72例腰椎间盘突出症患者均进行平衡针结合斜扳手法治疗。结果：痊愈55例，显效9例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为97．2％。结论：平衡针结合斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的，临床效果。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of balance acupuncture combined with oblique-pulling manipulation in lumbar disc herniation. Meth- ods： 72 cases of patients were all-treated by balance acupuncture combined with oblique-pulling manipulation. Results： 55 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.2%. Conclusion： It has a good efficacy to treat lumbar disc herniation with balance acupuncture combined with oblique-pulling manipulation.
